Shipping

As all items are made-to-order or bespoke, this dictates the shipping schedule more than anything. To help manage, we have applied a reasonable flat rate shipping charge that covers most and occasionally all of the shipping cost. Shipping costs are on a per package basis, and not per item.

As soon as your goods are finished, we will reach out to you and let you know that it has shipped and provide you with the appropriate tracking information.

How long does it take to ship my order and how much will it cost?

As there are limited shipping options from our location (Canada Post, Purolator and FedEx), we charge a flat rate of shipping based on the size of the item and the location of shipping address allowing us the greatest flexibility in how we ship to you. Everything will be shipped in a method where we can provide  you with a tracking number.

There are rates for Canada, the USA and rest of the world and these will be visible when you Checkout. 

Shipping rates are per package and can include multiple items in a package to help reduce overall cost. Shipping rates begin at:

  • Free for local pickup, any size of package
  • $20 per package for Canada for small items, increasing for larger packages
  • $30 per package for USA items for small items, increasing for larger packages
  • $50 per package for small items shipped to the rest of the world, increasing for larger packages

 

All items are currently shipped from Fernie, British Columbia. Shipping times range from a few days to much longer depending on the end destination. 

Generally, we ship globally with a few exceptions. If you have problems during the checkout process CONTACT US and we will do our best to help. If you are from an area that we can’t ship to, we will reach out to you to see if there are other arrangements. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes, or forwarding addresses addresses.

All prices displayed exclude taxes and duties. For shipments within Canada, sales tax will charged as applicable on shipments to the provinces we are required to collect in. All taxes that may apply are the customer’s responsibility.

For international shipments, we generally ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) which means that taxes and duties will NOT be included in your final purchase price and you will be responsible for paying these at time of delivery.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our studio to your shipping address. Insurance coverage ends with delivery at the shipping address.

In case your box is damaged or has been opened upon arrival, we suggest that you refuse the shipment during delivery.

As long as the order hasn’t shipped, then yes it is possible. Please send a message through our CONTACT US page to coordinate. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with order details and a tracking number. If there are any issues, please CONTACT US and we will see how best we can assist.
