We pride ourselves on providing a high level of client service, keeping you informed about your product along the way.
How long will it take to produce my order?
The current production timeline is approximately two weeks. This is based on your selections focused on the core colour choices that we maintain on hand. If there are custom colours and they have to be ordered in, this can add one to two weeks.
We don’t maintain any inventory of completed items, so all items are constructed once your order is received and confirmed, especially if you include any comments with your order that need to be clarified. Once your item is constructed, then there is an allowance for shipping of at least a few days, or more, depending on the distance the product is going.
What size should I choose
We provide sizing information on all product pages if applicable, and you can choose your custom size within the item selections. You can also navigate to the FIT & MEASUREMENTS tab lower down on the individual product page for even more information on how to measure for your custom size.

How do I know if my item is in stock?
As everything is made to order, we don’t hold any stock of finished goods and will produce the item once an order has been received. There could be delays involved with the ordering in of the base materials to produce the item, especially for any custom colour choices.
For bespoke items, as we move through the design process, a product timeline will be provided to you with expectations for any ordering, construction and shipping times.
Can I buy Kodawari Leather goods anywhere else?
At the present, Kodawari Leather goods are exclusively available on this website. Rest assured that you will have a unique piece that you won’t find anywhere else!

Is my personal information safe with you?
Please rest assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential. At no point will we rent, sell or abuse your data.
To register at Kodawari Leather, we need you to provide your full name, shipping address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address and telephone number.
By default, Kodawari Leather may send you emails with our latest arrivals and noteworthy things. If you would prefer not to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe by editing your email preferences in MY ACCOUNT.
